The AFBR-59E4APZ-HT is a low power, small form factor (SFF) Fast Ethernet optical transceiver in the industry standard 2x5 DIP style with LC fiber connector interface. The transceiver is compatible with the optical performance requirements of 100Base-FX version of IEEE 802.3u. It uses a 1310nm LED and provides multimode operation both on 50µ and 62.5µ fibers with link distances up to 2km. Data interface for input and output is differential LVPECL, and a signal detect output is provided on single-ended LVPECL. The maximum operating temperature is +95°C, which is especially beneficial in industrial system environments.
